The Client

Started in 2005, Geewongers (ESD System Walls B.V.) specializes in delivering tailored and customized partition walls and doors. Their product line includes a wide range of wall and door solutions to enhance privacy without compromising connectivity. With 18+ years of experience, they offer everything from consultation to final implementation under one roof, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

The Challenge

Geewongers has an impressive and innovative product portfolio. However, these products weren't promoted well within their premises due to traditional methods like fixed displays and posters—approaches that lacked flexibility and dynamism.

Static displays: As the name suggests, these displays are static in nature, and the content can't be changed easily. This limitation made it difficult to keep promotional content up to date with the latest product updates or new releases.

Inflexibility in updates: Changing product or promotional content on static displays demanded physical modifications, which was both costly and time-consuming.

With this as the primary hurdle, the team sought a digital signage software software solution that could bring flexibility, immediacy, and interactivity to their in-office promotional strategies.

The Solution

Upon understanding the requirements, we implemented an advanced digital signage solution using 50+ Samsung Tizen digital screens.

Choice of technology: Samsung Tizen screens were leveraged for their high display quality and robust performance—ideal for rendering detailed, high‑quality visuals of Geewongers' products.

Placement of screens: Screens were strategically placed at key engagement points within offices to improve aesthetics and ensure maximum visibility among employees and visitors.

Dynamic content display & updates: Unlike traditional screens, digital displays offer the flexibility to showcase a variety of media (images, videos) with real‑time updates. Centralized, remote management ensured timely, synchronized rollouts across all displays.
